What You’ll Do Before the Call

You’ll need to complete my pre-exercise screening form so I can gain a complete understanding of your physical history and training background. This gives us the baseline we need to build a safe, effective, coaching pathway.

What Happens During the Call

We’ll dig deep into what you’ve done in the past, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and most importantly—what your future fitness goals are. From building strength and muscle to competing in Powerlifting, we’ll map out the game plan to get you there.

What Are The Next Steps?

Once we’re crystal clear on the plan, I’ll walk you through how I work with clients. This includes program options, coaching structure, athlete support, and investment levels so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

About Liza Tattersall

Hi! I’m Liza—a hybrid strength coach with over a decade of experience helping women build strong, capable bodies through smart, structured training.

My career spans personal training, group fitness, bespoke programming, sports performance, and deep involvement in competitive Powerlifting.

I’ve set records, coached athletes to podium finishes, hosted sanctioned meets, and currently serve as Vice President of GPC New Zealand, where I’m committed to growing and professionalising the sport.

My coaching is rooted in continuous development—from completing my degree in Sports Development and Coaching in 2018 to mentoring under Sebastian Oreb, The Australian Strength Coach.

Today, I blend high-level competitive experience with a holistic, athlete-focused approach to help women build muscle, strength, and confidence that supports them both in and out of the gym.

With structure, support, community, and accountability, my mission is to help you step into the strongest version of yourself.
